Fees and figures

Official fees are set by the DIFC Authority, the Registrar of Companies, the DFSA and federal authorities, and they change without notice. Every figure on this site is labelled as indicative and carries a review date. The cost calculator is a budgeting aid, not a quotation, and it excludes salaries and any regulatory capital a firm is required to hold.

Regulatory status

Timeliness

Pages carry the date they were last reviewed. We update them as the rules change, and we note on the page where published guidance elsewhere has fallen behind. Even so, check the official source before you rely on anything here for a decision.
